How it Works

As air exits the Peak Flow Meter the Windmill will spin around. The harder a patient blows into the Windmill Trainer the faster the Windmill will spin. The Windmill Trainer can be placed at the patient's target Peak Flow reading, the patient then has to achieve their target in order to make the Windmill spin.
